Introduction

Welcome to Shoonya Wellness, an entity of DigitalXP Private Limited. We’re here to help you find the wellness program that fits you best. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and you may need a refund. Here’s how we handle that.

Individual Program Refund Information

Each wellness program on our platform has its own refund policy. You’ll find this information clearly stated on each program’s page. Make sure to read it carefully before making a purchase.

General Guidelines

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the program’s start date.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • To request a refund, contact our Customer Support at care@shoonyawellness.com

Exceptions

  • Programs marked as “Non-Refundable” will not be eligible for refunds.
  • If you’ve accessed or consumed more than 30% of the program content, refunds may not be available.

Partial Refunds

Some coaches may offer partial refunds if you’ve partially completed a program but are not fully satisfied. This will be stated on the individual program’s page.

Cancellation by Coach

If a coach cancels a program for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund, regardless of the individual program’s refund policy.
